Here below discussed about the “Maruti Suzuki Fronx’s average monthly volume surpasses 10,000 units”:

Since its April launch, the Maruti Suzuki Fronx has been a consistent volume driver for the nation’s top automaker, with an average monthly wholesale volume exceeding 10,000 units.

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx, which competes with vehicles such as the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, and Tata Nexon, has now averaged 10,585 monthly sales.

It’s interesting to note that the sub-4 meter compact SUV’s normally aspirated (NA) petrol variant is selling far more than the turbo petrol version.

Priced between Rs 7.46 lakh and Rs 13.13 lakh (ex-showroom), the most recent addition to Maruti’s SUV portfolio has two engine options — 1.2-litre Dual-Jet Dual-VVT NA petrol engine and 1.0-litre Turbo Boosterjet petrol engine.

The NA gasoline engine can be mated to a 5-speed MT or 5-speed AMT, and it generates 89.73 PS of maximum power and 113 Nm of peak torque. The turbocharged gasoline engine can be either to a 5-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic transmission. Its maximum power output is 100.06 horsepower and its peak torque is 147.6 Nm.

According to data from Maruti, the Fronx turbo petrol is averaging 751 units on a monthly basis with a share of 7.1% in total volume. On the other hand, the Fronx NA petrol is averaging 9,834 units every month, contributing 92.9% to the overall volume.

Additionally, the research indicated that a greater number of consumers are choosing the manual version of the Fronx over the automatic one.

The Fronx automatic (AT + AMT) is clocking 2,519 units on average every month with a share of 23.8% in total volume. In comparison, the Fronx manual is at 8,066 units with a share of 76.2%.

Additionally, the Fronx comes with a 5-speed MT CNG option (77.5PS and 98.5Nm). Price-wise, it falls between Rs 8.41 lakh and Rs 9.27 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Maruti Suzuki Fronx has LED multi-reflector headlamps that are complimented by LED DRLs, shark fin antennas, LED rear combo lamps, and 16-inch alloy wheels on the outside. Its cabin boasts a 9-inch HD Smart Play Pro+ infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, head-up display, Arkamys surround sound system and wireless charger.

Built on Suzuki’s HEARTECT platform is the Fronx. The car has six airbags total—front, side, and curtain—a 360-degree view camera, three-point ELR seatbelts, an electronic stability program (ESP) with rollover mitigation and hill-hold assistance, an anti-lock braking system (ABS) with brake assist and electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), and Isofix child seat mounts.
